Yasser Shohoud has a very good article on introducing WCF and talking about its internal architecture a bit.

Good WCF Reference

I found the following reference pretty good for WCF. Its more streamlined, and bite sized than WCF Community site put up by Microsoft (sorry Ami thats just the truth)
