I am having a personal dilemna at the moment.
I gave my present employer my notice a few weeks back, and my current duties are mainly that I should transfer responsibilities to a "new somebody".
Now throughout most my career I have been leading teams, and I believe I have an instinctive urge to jump right in and tell folks how things really should be done. Perhaps thats why I was leading teams in the first place.
But now I have to play a back seat role, and this is very difficult for me to do. |Every so often I find myself naturually drawn to a certain aspect of the project where I cant resist communicating my ideas.
Giving up control is so hard!
