The Title Column inherrited from Item typically shows itself up in any contentType that would define.
But ever wanted to call it something else?
Here is how you do it.
<FieldRef ID="{fa564e0f-0c70-4ab9-b863-0177e6ddd247}" Name="Title" DisplayName="Your Other Name for Title" Sealed="TRUE"/>
The trick is in the DisplayName. Reference the Title Colulmn and give it a seperate DisplayName
And you could even have a go at LinkTitle
